MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Hey, I'm Yoddit!

I fix Salesforce systems that feel harder to use than they should.

I’m also a single mom, which means I care deeply about efficiency.

I don’t believe in overcomplicated systems — I believe in ones that make work easier, not harder.

My Story

I didn’t start in tech. I started in roles that drained me.

When I moved into Salesforce consulting, something clicked — I was finally doing work that matched how I think: solving problems, untangling messy systems, and figuring out what’s actually going on beneath the surface.

I began working with nonprofits early in my career, and that’s where my focus stayed. The work is meaningful — and when systems don’t work, it directly affects the people they’re trying to serve.

What I Do

Most teams don’t have a broken system — they have an overbuilt one.

Too many tools.
Too many patches.
Too many “quick fixes” stacked on top of each other.

That’s when things start to fall apart:

Reports stop matching reality

Processes conflict

Teams stop trusting the system

I step in, figure out what’s actually happening, and bring things back to something clear, stable, and usable.

How I Work

I don’t believe in drawn-out projects, half-built solutions, or overcomplicated systems.

When I step into a business, my focus is simple:

stabilize what’s broken, optimize what’s working, and create systems that actually support growth.

Here’s what you can expect working with me:

  • Consistency. I show up—especially when things are unclear or messy.
You won’t be left chasing updates or wondering what’s happening next.

  • Discipline. I follow through.
No loose ends, no half-finished automations, no “we’ll circle back later” without a plan.

  • Standards. If something is inefficient, unstable, or poorly built—I address it.

I don’t build on top of broken systems.

  • Speed. I move quickly and intentionally.
The goal is progress you can see and feel—not projects that drag on for months.

This isn’t just a style—it’s how I ensure my clients get real results.

If your system feels harder than it should be, it probably is.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can your services benefit my organization?

We help organizations get more value out of Salesforce by stabilizing systems, simplifying workflows, and reducing reliance on unnecessary tools. The result is more reliable data, less manual work, and systems your team can operate with confidence instead of constant fixes.

What types of organizations do you work with?

We work best with small to mid-sized teams, nonprofits, and growing organizations that are already using Salesforce but feel it hasn’t fully clicked yet. Many of our clients are juggling multiple tools, struggling with data quality, or relying on workarounds instead of a system they can trust.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?

You’re likely a good fit if Salesforce is already in place, your team depends on it daily, and things feel harder than they should. If you’re looking to stabilize and improve what you already have — rather than rush into a brand-new implementation — we’ll probably work well together.

Do you offer ongoing support after a project?

Yes. Ongoing support is available for teams who want continued guidance, troubleshooting, or system improvements over time. Support is structured and intentional — not reactive fire-fighting.

Will this disrupt our current operations?

No. Our approach is intentionally calm and staged. Existing systems are not removed until Salesforce alternatives are live, tested, and trusted. We prioritize continuity so your team can keep working without stress or disruption.

What does the engagement process look like?

Engagements typically start with a clarity call to understand your current setup and goals. From there, we may recommend an org audit, a defined improvement project, or ongoing support — depending on what will deliver the most impact with the least disruption.

How much does this cost?

The clarity call is complimentary and designed to assess fit, not to pitch or sell. Project pricing depends on scope, complexity, and level of support required. After an initial conversation, we provide clear recommendations and transparent pricing so you can decide how to move forward.

What if we’re not sure what needs to change?

That’s common. Many organizations know something isn’t working but can’t pinpoint why. We can help assess your current Salesforce environment, identify root issues, and recommend a clear, prioritized path forward.
